The roommate's bed and bath is on the 2nd floor. There is a flight of stairs to the 2nd floor where there is the living room, kitchen, washer, dryer, and bedroom and bathroom. I am on the third floor. It is a nice setup for a roommate situation. I keep the place very clean. Rent is 450.00 plus 1/2 electric and water. I pay for internet. Total comes to around 520.00. There is a background check and the application fee is $29.00. Proof of income required.
