Master bedroom partially furnished: queen bed, two bookcases, large California Closet (so you won't need a dresser), ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, garage for two cars (1 spot for you), working fireplace, monthly cleaning lady, swimming pool with hot bathtub, large patio with built-in grill, private access into Tecolote Canyon - great for hiking and biking. Minutes away from beaches, malls, & downtown. Single occupancy only. ( third bedroom is unoccupied.) Rent is $850 per month plus utilities, which averaged last year at $140/mo. I am always happy, & upbeat, peaceful, easy going with no drama, drugs or smoking. I'm looking for the same. I'm at the Zoo or Safari Park, working mostly with the baby animals.
