female roommate needed for master bedroom in SM! - $1,500 - (Santa Monica, CA)

Available February 1 (opportunity to be flexible on this) My roommate is moving out and in with her boyfriend so I am looking for a female roommate to fill her spot for the Master (en suite) bedroom available with walk-in closet in our 2 beds/two baths on 15th and Broadway in Santa Monica. I have been here for a few years and do not want to leave as I love the apartment, our neighbors and the neighborhood itself. The apartment includes a fireplace, balcony, washer & dryer onsite, ample storage area inside the apartment and a small storage unit downstairs. Very clean with a lot of natural lighting. Complete furnished in common areas (kitchen and living room). You will need your own furniture for the master bedroom Small building with six units total and very respectful neighbors. Gated with gate code access to building. This room would come with parking on street (there is never an issue finding parking). Amazing location.
