Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA house... - $850 - (Sarasota, FL)

Looking for a professional person to rent the wing of my large home. Living room with private yard and entrance, private bath, share the kitchen and lanai. I'm a retired social worker and spend time visiting friends in Venice and going to NE for 2 mnths in the summer. I petsit so I will have an extra dog or 2 from time to time. I also do airbnb in the other wing of the house.....peaceful neighborhood, parking on site....I'm pretty laid back.
