Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA house... - $450 - (Sumter, SC)

I am a retiree and part-time artist. I am peaceful and generally at home. My house is close to downtown Sumter and main roadways. I have 2 gentle house cats that are not overly friendly. I only drink wine and beer and do not like being around drunk people. I do not allow smoking in the house. I prefer a peaceful and clean roommate who cleans up after him/herself. Roommate can be male or female and at least 21 yrs of age.
