Roommate wanted to share Two BR 2.5 BA condo/townhome... - $1,250 - (Huntington Beach, CA)

Looking for someone to share my huge townhome in Huntington Harbor. 1/two mile to the beach! Across the street from trader Joe's, bank, chevron, restaurants, and much more. Townhome has all the appliances and a w/d in our garage. Did i mention its a 1/2 mi to the beach? Room has its own private balcony to feel the ocean breeze. I'm easy going, clean, and mostly keep to myself. I have a small Shih Tzu who is very tame and peaceful and doesn't bark. I'm an esthetician and own a small biz in HB. Working hours vary, sometimes i bartend on weekends. I will be going back to school for pre-nursing, so I am looking for someone who is peaceful and considerate, and doesnt bring the party home. I am not 420 or smoker friendly. I'm looking for a female roommate that is cool, and relaxed. Student or working professional. No drama, no parties. Someone in their 30's is preferred, small dog ok.
