Roommate wanted to share Three BR Three BA house... - $1,150 - (Huntington Beach, CA)

Looking for someone to share a house in south/west Huntington Beach, off of Brookhurst about one mile from the beach. The room is a master bedroom with an attached full bathroom and a walk in closet. The room measure about 10' x 15'. There is plenty of street parking and one spot in the driveway. Free fell to test if you have any questions. I have one stray cat that showed up about 7 yrs ago so apparently he has no plans to leave so if you are allergic to cats this probably won't work.
