Roommate wanted to share One BR 2.5 BA apartment... - $1,600 - (Emeryville, CA)

I am posting this for my housemates - the master is large with its own bathroom. Byron and Hope will be staying with the house. I have been in the complex for 3.5 yrs now and have had a great time. Byron and Hope both work in the bay area and have normal schedules. Very easy group to live with - everyone keeps to themselves but are friendly. Inhouse laundry and we only pay $15 for water and garbage a month
