Looking for a roommate to fill 1 room in a four beds duplex in Beverly Grove. We are located on fourth and La Jolla. ten minutes walking to the Grove and ten Minutes walking to the Beverly center. Washer and dryer included inside as well as tandem parking/street parking. The duplex has a backyard and is dog friendly. Electric and gas is not included in the bill. Rent is $900 a month.
