The main bathroom will be shared, along with a washer and dryer. Plenty of street parking is available. I also offer a storage area. The home is located right next to 8 North and 8 South, and 2 miles from Waterbury. St. Mary's Hospital, Barnes and Noble and lots of restaurant's like TGIF, Chilies, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Brass City Mall just to name a few are 3 miles away. Thanks
