Nothing currently wrong with the apartment, just putting up for sublease due to the fact for a new job opportunity in Chicago. Leased the town home with 2 of my friends since we are attending USF. Both roommates are well cleaned, responsible, and respectful people; being that both work full-time and 1 of them is in the military. Both own a dog so you may bring pets (both dogs are nice and none aggressive). Room is on 1st floor, kitchen and living room on 2nd, and roommates live on the 3rd. Only other room in the 1st floor is the garage. Room contains a full-size futon and a desk already in the room. Lived here to attend USF and in my opinion is a perfect location close to Tampa and the university for a cost effective cost.
