We have available room for a single person in a four-bedroom house. We are looking for a single person who will get along with 3, respectful and quiet roommates. Close to 5, 905 and 805 freeways and bus stop and walking distance to stores. The house is approx. 3 miles to Imperial Beach and very close to Navy Bases. Military is welcome! You will have to share cleaning of common areas (bathroom, kitchen, etc.). No drugs and/or alcohol permitted in the property. Monthly rent - $530 for first 3 mos.; $550 thereafter $250 deposit required.
