The apartment is located in the basement of the house and is complete with its own outside entrance (do not have to enter the main house to enter the apartment), a full kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, garbage disposal, and dishwasher) as well as washer and dryer. The room available for rent is the bigger of the two rooms in the apartment, and shares a bathroom with the second roommate. The bathroom is complete with a double vanity (two sinks) with plenty of counter space, so each roommate has plenty of room for all their bathroom items. Ample street parking as well as one available parking spot in the alley. Access to the back yard at the house for those beautiful summer days. The current roommate has two cats, so sorry no other animals please.
