Seeking Housemate 2/1 for mostly furnished Duplex - N.A. - (Portland, OR)

Looking for a housemate (one only, no couples) for a house in SE Portland Reed Neighborhood starting February 1. Info: Split level duplex with a cabin like feel on the interior. Bedrooms are located on 2nd level. Each bedroom has private bathroom. Gas range and fireplace. I will furnish most of the residence other than your bedroom, and I don't own a dining table. Walkable distance to Reed, close to orange line, mellow bike ride to downtown, OHSU tram. I am 41yr old crisis therapist and yoga teacher. I work from home 1-2 days a week and am mellow and peaceful at home. Tidy, but not a neat freak. Early riser when not working swing shifts. I recycle, listen to Pod Save America and commute on my bicycle as much as I can. $825 covers your/his/her/their half of rent, water, sewer and garbage. We would split the cost of wifi, power, gas and basic cleaning supplies/paper products.No pets...my ridiculous elderly husky was the only animal approved.
