I have a bedroom available in 4 beds house. NO DEPOSIT NEEDED. It's a nice size room located on the bottom floor, a walk in closet. Located in close to Aggieville, City Park and HyVee. The house has a nice size back yard perfect for yard games, a rear deck perfect for grilling. There is also a front porch with swing to sit out front and enjoy the summer sun. The utilities are low split four ways and the house is a decent size. The lease is over the end of July and I am looking to move out mid May, but if you need in sooner we can work it out and I will get you in as soon as possible. May's rent will be paid all I need is $150 for sublease transfer to your name. Thanks!
