Share the house with 2 other mature adults in their 50s (one male, 1 female) and two cats. Large house with 4 beds, two baths, a large dedicated dining area room, owners office, three living rooms, two large hallways, a washer/dryer area and small pantry. No smoking in the house. Prefer non or light drinkers. Rent includes utilities, including internet and wi-fi, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Your private phone is not included. Also, we all will chip in for wood for the wood stove and taking care of yard, shoveling, plowing, groceries, household chores, etc. This is a house with a rich history. This was a tavern and inn and stage coach stop. A part of the house was built in the 1750s, the rest in the early 1800s.
