My boyfriend's kids come out every other weekend and we're pretty family oriented. We're laid back and peaceful and are looking for a roommate that is the same. Looking to rent out a room to a responsible, tidy/clean, working adult. An older female would be ideal as I'm home the most. But of course, any applicant is welcomed.
