House share available for barter - N.A. - (Scarsdale, NY)

I own a small single family house in s. Westchester. I am looking to share it with 1 other person. This site does not allow me to specify your age or gender, but I'm 60 (although I look younger). There is a guest bedroom. So you would virtually have your own space.
