Room Available for Rent - $700 - (Fresno, CA)

Room for rent available in a three bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Right now, there is one bedroom available to rent, another room that will be taken up by a female tenant in February, and then myself in the master bedroom. The bedroom's dimensions are about 10'x11' with a decent size closet with a shared bathroom. I currently work full-time who occasionally will work from home and I am looking for an individual who are either working professionals and/or still in school. The female tenant is currently going to school full-time and working part-time. Access to common areas, with washer and dryer in the house along with high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, Comcast cable TV, PG&E, and utilities is included in the monthly rate. This is a relatively new home and I would like to have the public areas kept clean. No overnight guests (exceptions can be made, it just shouldn't be a regular thing), no drugs, and no parties. No smoking in the house, outside is fine.
