Looking for a male, or a couple (male/female) to commit to rent for at least six to 11 mos. I have a pool, so prefer no children or animals. This is a non smoking, no alcohol environment. If couple rent is $800 until included, if single rent is $600 plus 25% of utilities. Both include a $500 deposit upon move in plus 1st month rent.
