To campus it is a five minute drive (no traffic), 10-15 minute bike ride, and 20-30 minute walk. There is also a bus stop for the Sac State Green Line.This is a partial lease takeover. Security deposit has already been paid in full, but the apartment managers would require a $40 application fee to add you on to my lease. We would split additional utility costs.Rivercrest is gated and provides one sheltered parking space per apartment.
