Room for female or couple. Close to shopping, places to eat and public transportation- Go Raleigh. There is a chest in the room for your clothing and an air bed. You will not have access to the mailbox because it is locked. You can rent a PO Box from the Post Office before moving in or have your mail go to another home. Please only respond if you can pay rent on time every month, can respect others, and have the ethics not to take anything that doesnt belong to you. Your 1st months rent can be paid by Post Office money order or Paypal. Your rent starting with the 2nd month will need to be paid using Paypal (can pay with credit/debit card, checking/savings account). If you have a car you will need to park it in a parking space on the street. I do not request a security deposit but I do ask renters to pay for or fix what they break or damage. I check the room for damages. Prefer a long-term tenant- a year or longer. Will be sharing townhouse with a male and female roommate.
