Hi. I am looking for a roommate to share my end unit townhouse in a lovely Vernon complex. I am a middle-aged woman and would prefer to share my home with the same, although I will of course, consider others. My end unit is surrounded by trees on 3 sides, so the location is very quiet and private. I feel like I live in a cottage - it is that quiet!! The neighbors are great. There is off-street parking. Only $675/month (utilities included) for the 14x14 furnished master bedroom which features a comfortable, fully adjustable double bed, 2 full closets, a dresser, mahogany chest, desk and chair. We would share a large, bright bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and heater. Washer / dryer, cable, internet. Gas heat, central AIR CONDITIONED. Sorry, no pets. I already have 2 well-behaved, friendly felines who will be happy to meet you! 1st and last months rent plus 1 month security deposit required.
