It is part of a residential home, but it has its own separate entrance, a beautiful shared patio right outside the separate entrance with a fire pit, patio set and propane barbecue. The room is unfurnished except for a mini fridge and comfy recliner chair. The residential home is located on a quiet dead end street. There is parking in the driveway available for up to two tenant vehicles and shared laundry and shared main kitchen in the main part of home, plus a shared freezer in the garage. We are asking $800 a month, which includes all utilities, including internet and cable. We Are Not Accepting Any Couple Applications as the Space is Not Big Enough for more than a Single Person or Any Tenant with a Cat as we have Dogs. We Will Accept One Dog-Depending on the Dog. All Perspective Tenants Must Fill Out a Rental Application & Undergo a Background Check.
