There is also a large finished basement with plenty of storage room. The living room has a back deck that is nice during the summer. There is plenty of off-on street parking, but you can have full use of the garage as well. There is a cloths washer and drier in the unit with fully appliances kitchen including dishwasher. Gas heat and central a/v, laminate floors throughout (except basement and room which has carpeting). The rent would be $900/month including utilities. Internet and cable are included. I will require a quick background check and the 1st and last month rent in order to move in. We can discuss that further in case you would rather pay a Security deposit. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe and is located near the Enfield Mall as well as major highways (Interstate 91).
