I have 2 very nice sized bedrooms, with a generous size bathroom to share, in Carrollwood, in Tampa, 33614. Both rooms available, are the same size (not sure of exact size, see pics). 700$ each, plus small security deposit, includes everything. Available Jan 1, possibly sooner if necessary. I am a 41 year old female, in the hospitality industry. I have a very friendly cat, who acts like a dog:) I am open to small pets, well behaved, for a refundable deposit if nothing is damaged upon leaving. My lease is up in April, so its fairly short term, but if it were to be a good roommate fit i would be open to re-signing lease. Apartment is on first floor, there is a lake with lots of wildlife, right off back porch. Gym, two pools, gated community. It is a very spacious 3 bedroom, very large kitchen, washer and dryer. Rooms are partially furnished with bed, VERY LARGE CLOSETS IN BOTH ROOMS. I am more of a night person, and work at night.
