Roommate wanted to share Two BR Two BA apartment... - $400 - (Easley, SC)

I'm a pretty laid back architectural designer working in downtown Greenville. I am looking for someone to rent my extra bedroom out to who will respect the apartment and myself. I have a dog and a cat so we cannot have any more pets in the apartment. They are super friendly and really chill pets. I recently upgraded the thermostat in the apartment to a NEST which helps save utility costs each month.
