Roommate wanted to share Two BR One BA house... - $600 - (Goose Creek, SC)

I am a manager at a local restaurant and own a small to medium sized home in ivoryton/Essex ct. Looking to rent my small upstairs bedroom to a clean and trustworthy individual. I work about 50 hours a week mostly mornings and some evenings. I am a musician and have a basement furnished with several instruments so another fellow musician would be desired. I do not regularly play with a band so If I do I will only play during times that work with your schedule. I have 2 friendly cats who will probably become your best friend if you let them :) We would share the kitchen/bathroom/living room/laundry. I'm a clean freak but I respect that not everyone is as ocd as me so no worries if you're a little messy on occasion. I'm hoping for a working individual who will respect my home and belongings but is welcome to use my home and yard as their own as well. All utilities are included in your rent. I don't have cable television but I do have Internet and you can use my living room for Netflix/Hulu or video games.
