Roommate wanted to share Four BR Three BA house... - $1,500 - (Plano, TX)

I am looking for someone to share the house with me. I am a very nice male that is self employed, I do interior design and landscape design for residential clients. I keep a very neat and organized house. I am looking for a professional male or female to share the house with me. The upstairs has a den/sitting room, 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The leasing terms need to be 12 mons or longer. The rent I am asking is $1500 a month. Maid service is performed weekly. The bed linens and towels are changed weekly. Lawn service is included. Parking is available in the garage or their is parking in front of the house on the street. I am a very nice person to live with and I am fairly easy going. I do have well behaved small Miniature Schnauzer dogs. The dogs are very well behaved and do not shed, and are groomed monthly. They are restricted where they can not roam in the house and are never allowed upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms have enormous walk in closets. The house is furnished.
