Roommate wanted to share Four BR Two BA house... - $600 - (San Ramon, CA)

I have a room opening up in my beautiful historic home March 1 in Stratford, CT. It's 1 room in a 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms house. 600/mo including internet. Off onstreet parking, laundry, and lots of space. three minute walk to the Stratford Metro North Station. Short and Long-term welcome. Female tenants preferred. I am the homeowner but live elsewhere and rent all of the rooms out. The 3 tenatns are very nice, all female, and I would make sure you all spoke before anything was finalized. 1st months rent and 1 mons security deposit due upon signing of the lease.
