I'm looking to move out of my room in this beautiful townhome in the RDU area at the end of February. My lease runs through July 2018, but you can absolutely extend through the next year if you like. This apartment is a good deal at $575/month including pool access, free parking, a full private bathroom, washer / dryer in-unit, and state of the art kitchen appliances. I have two great roommates who are friendly and mostly keep to themselves, 1 male and 1 female.
