Looking for people who are peaceful, respectful, clean, and pet friendly (We have one very small dog and two cats). Preferably non smokers/drinkers but it's negotiable. $500 a month (or $125 weekly) includes all utilities, use of kitchen, laundry area, living room, and garage.
