The public/shared areas of the house are cleaned 2x weekly, you are responsible for your room cleaning. Rents by the week, single rates: $90 (extra small, twin)=$360 mnth $100 (small, twin)= $400 mnth $110 (medium, full)= $440 mnth $115 ( large, queen)= $460 mnth or $125 (extra large, queen)= $500 mnth plus a $50 move in fee.
