The bedroom for sublease is the largest in the apartment and has the largest bathroom of the three. New A-C system! The building it is in is secluded for privacy from the other buildings, so parking is ALWAYS available! As well as it is right next to the basketball court, dog park and mini valley of open land where some like to sun bathe I am moving out of San Marcos so I really need someone to take the remainder of my lease immediately. Rent is usually $498, but I really need to move out so much that I am willing to pay $100 of that rent as well as electricity for July!
