Roommate wanted to share Two BR 1.5 BA apartment... - $550 - (Columbus, OH)

Hello, Durelle Love here, looking for a roommate. I don't room well with men generally, so female inquires only please. I have a significant other, work 2 jobs (analyst-in-training / bartender) and go to school, so I need someone who is trustworthy, and doesn't need for me to be in the house all the time. I love to have fun when I have the time (which is rare), but when I do, I love to karaoke, or board games with friends. Concerning the place: I've included utilities at a flat rate in the overall price of rent for your convenience. I do require a $300 security deposit that will be returned to you should unless there are any incidentals. I have a completely furnished place, including a mattress and box spring in your room.
