Also Avondale area if less than 2 mis away. The potential tenant would have their choice of the 2 rooms available and the third room is a guest room. Wood floors throughout the entire house, also a back patio that looks over a large fenced in back yard for any pets you may have! The home is already furnished with everything you will need but you're more than welcome to bring anything you would like!
