Roommate wanted to share One BR One BA house... - $800 - (Riverside, CA)

I am a 28-year-old female professional who works 40-50 hours a week. My boyfriend works part time and goes to school and also lives at the house. We're both very easy going, but because we both have dogs we cannot allow any additional pets. The room for rent can either be furnished or unfurnished. The bathroom isn't attached, but it's basically private since we hardly ever have people over and we use the 1 in the master bedroom. message me for more info!
