Hello, my name is Matt. I recently just bought my home and have decided to rent some of the rooms out. There are currently 4 people living here now. We are all clean, relaxed, friendly, and have professional occupations. Your room would be located in the basement and would have a massive shared bathroom with 1 other roommate.
