Room for rent in 3 beds 1.5 house. House is very clean and nice. Available now Rent is $650.00 with a $300 deposit $30.00 app fee (credit and background check) that I will deduct off first months rent if you are approved. Room includes... Wi-Fi. Comcast Cable. Comcast completely furnished with a bed and nightstand if you dont have your own otherwise I can remove it. Patio privileges. Kitchen privileges. Laundry privileges. We would share the shower but you would have your own half bath. (Sink, toilet) Parking in front of house. No overnight guests No pets (I already have two small dogs and one cat) Must have documentable verifiable income Other information: Im a professional single gal in her 40s I have two dogs so you MUST like dogs! I am mellow. Im into cooking and crafting. I smoke cigarettes outside only. Not into 420 but if you are thats ok as long as its outside. Im looking for another professional person for this space. Must be neat and clean up after yourself.
