Most importantly I am a follower of Jesus Christ, separated, father of four children (one stays with me full time and two of the other three are present Fri - Mon). My 6 yr old son is with me full time. I am a full time Program Manager (M-F 8:30 to 4:30) and a PT Entrepreneur. I am 41 yrs old, and I am described as cool, calm, collective, and clean, organized, and neat. Im looking for a compatible roommate to occupy my basement suite which I previously used as a small workout studio.
