I own a modest, complete furnished 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms townhouse conveniently situated near Cumberland Mall, various restaurants, grocery stores and is on the bus route. I currently have 1 tenant (male) and am seeking another to occupy the master bedroom which has its own bathroom. My home is complete furnished including the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. The only preference for the new tenant is that you are very clean, neat and respectful of the property. There is absolutely no smoking inside the residence and absolutely no ok for pets. The monthly cost will be your portion of the rent plus half of the utilities. The 1st month utilities are free.
