Roommate wanted to share Four BR Two BA house... - $550 - (Springdale, AR)

I am a single mother with an 11yr old son. We are clean and a no drama household. I have a beautiful large den with a fireplace that can be used as a small apartment with a private entry. You will have use of the kitchen and laundry area and share a bathroom (but my son only uses it to brush his teeth) The neighborhood is wonderful and full of great people (and large, mature trees that are breathtaking in the fall)The house is close to just about everything and I am looking for someone that is drama free, a non smoker and that understands this is not a party house.
