Roommate wanted to share Three BR 1.5 BA house... - $600 - (Riverside, CA)

About me laid back work a ton and commute to work. I have one medium size indoor dog who doesnt shed. House is small I do like to keep common areas clean. I entertain rarely. I only want someone who works full time, non smoking, no over night guests or visitors at all. Full time student ok as long as you can afford your rent and food etc. I have 2 rooms empty and will be renting both out. 1 was my office so it has accordion doors so that room will be $500 a month. If you want to use the furniture in the room which is 2 mons old it will be $600 trundle bed with new twin mattresses and stand up dresser and television on wall. Can have cable for $15 in your room. Living room you can use and watch cable television or Netflix has electric fireplace and recliner seats. Dining table and kitchen all ok to use. Only one shower ?? in hallway bathroom I only use to shower and use my half bath in my room to potty. I want single men preferred no drama that works and is low key/maintenance.
