Roommate wanted to share Two BR One BA house... - $750 - (West Valley City, UT)

Hi! I'm basically looking for someone to take over my lease. I live in a nice three bedrooms, one bathrooms house in WVC. However, I rent out the 2 beds on the top floor, so I'm looking for someone to rent both rooms for $750/month, including utilities. The shared bathroom is also upstairs, along with the kitchen and living Room. The owner of the house is super cool, and she lives downstairs. She is a single professional, and has pet fish. No dogs or cats allowed. Caged pets (like lizards) are OK. No smoking is allowed. The living Room is furnished, but the bedrooms are not. The house is in a nice peaceful area.
