Roommate wanted to share Four BR 2.5 BA house... - $800 - (Plantation, FL)

This is less of "renting a room" and more of "sharing a spacious house". Looking to replace a roommate in a 2,650 sq-ft house in a peaceful Plantation suburb. I'm in the master at 1 end of the house and you'd be in 1 of the two open rooms at the other end, your choice, with the remaining room being used as a shared office. There's a third occupied room there used by my friend and his gf. They're very chill and considerate. You'd share a bathroom with them, but there's a half bath nearby that's never used if you want to take it over. They plan to move in a couple months, so we can replace them with one person OR also rent out the office if you want to reduce your rent share. We've got gigabit fiber internet, a screened in pool, back yard, front yard, lots of parking, grill, big kitchen, projector screen theater setup in the living room, random extra room by the living room, enormous dedicated dining area area area with a pretty nice bar, air hockey, garage, and other stuff I can't remember.
