I have a room for rent in a 2 beds, 1.5 baths townhouse on Lake Mary Road. I'm looking for someone peaceful and clean (professional or college student preferred) who can pay rent on time at the end of each month. I'm a male in my mid-30s, peaceful, non-smoker and work full-time (M-F 8am-5pm). I am looking for someone who doesn't smoke, does not have any pets and would not have any overnight guests without advanced notice. The townhouse is about a mile from NAU's campus as well as CCC's, and is also close to retail (Wal-Mart, Target and Bashas are just up the street). Across the street from the complex are the Mountain Line Routes 4 14 Walapai/Lake Mary Road bus stops. This townhouse complex is very peaceful and family friendly. I am asking for $475.00 for rent on the last day of each month plus half the cost of utilities, which is approx $115.00 a month. The upstairs bathroom/shower is shared. I will also require a $100 security deposit, refundable at the end of your lease.
