Roommate wanted to share Three BR 1.5 BA house... - $500 - (Ambridge, PA)

Newly single parent with a three year old boy which I have every other day. Room is not huge, but can fit single bed, a dresser or 2, but has a decent closet. Pool table downstairs, creek in back yard for those who may have kids. Willing to rearrange my three year olds room to share with another kid. My boy sleeps with me anyways.. If have a kid, may have to adjust rent.
