Roommate wanted to share Three BR Two BA condo/townhome... - $650 - (Hyattsville, MD)

I am a wonderful person to get along with. There are 2 people that live here. No children. I am a peoples person. I do have visitors from time to time. mostly family. As long as we can communicate with each other. Give each other our own space. Respect 1 another. We should do just fine. I am looking for a normal down to earth person. Quiet and quiet. Cleanliness a must. You can be a smoker, but must smoke outside. You can cook and wash clothes. I do have a yard with grills to cook if you like. You would have a room to your'e self. There is parking included also, if you have a car. Car tags are needed for parking lot. A lease aggreement will be required. (two story house)
