Roommate wanted to share Two BR Two BA apartment... - $900 - (Greenwood Village, CO)

I found the perfect apartment complex over a year ago in south Denver/DTC/GV area! I love it, but need to cut expenses. Apartment is 1160 total sq feet, your room is large with a furnished queen size bed, end tables and dresser. There's a small walk in closet and full bathroom detached within feet. Living space is perfect for up to 3/4 at a time, 60" TELEVISION above fireplace. I have everything here, but your touches are welcome if it works. Kitchen fully appointed with bar seating and separate dedicated dining area area. There's an garage access from unit for one medium sized vehicle and plenty of additional parking within feet of front door. Washer dryer area in unit. There's a small patio, furnished with seating and an outdoor fire pit. Though I'm open to the occasional get together's I prefer to find someone like me that is more the peaceful type and takes their fun outdoors. Everything is negotiable if you're a good fit.
