I am a 0yr old professional Brewer (I run a brew pub in Chicago), and am an active, working musician in 2 Chicago area projects. Both bands rehearse at the house. These projects are professional and as respectful as possible regarding volume and operate on a strict 10pm curfew.My current roommate is a female in her early 20s with a cat.
